Veecasa is a mortgage lead generation platform that connects consumers with participating mortgage lenders. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, issue loan approvals, or guarantee any particular rate or loan terms.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a quote request. You understand that by submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by participating lenders via phone, email, or text message, even if your number is listed on a Do Not Call registry.
No Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that rates shown are available, accurate, or current. All rates displayed are for educational purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veecasa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
