Who actually makes the loan

• Home purchase and refinance loans, including FHA: JahnLends, powered by AMS Mortgage. AMS Mortgage Services is licensed, NMLS# 145742. You can verify any loan officer on NMLS Consumer Access.
• Investment property and business-purpose loans (fix and flip, renovation, construction, bridge): VeeCasa Funding lends directly to LLCs and corporations on non-owner-occupied property, in all 50 states. It does not lend to individuals for personal, family or household use.
• DSCR rental loans: arranged through a partner lender.

Built by mortgage people

VeeCasa was founded and is run in equal partnership by Chester “Jay” Anderson, Jahn Beckler and Damion Campbell. Jay and Jahn bring a combined 60 years in mortgage lending and previously owned and ran a mortgage brokerage together with a team of 40 employees. Between them, the partners have closed tens of thousands of home loans across purchase, refinance and investment financing. Damion started at that brokerage as an employee and grew into an equal partner. Jahn runs, operates and manages the Woodbridge, NJ branch of AMS Mortgage.

No. VeeCasa is a home search and mortgage matching company and does not make loans. Residential loans are made by JahnLends, powered by AMS Mortgage (NMLS# 145742). Business-purpose investment loans are made by VeeCasa Funding. Each lender sets its own terms and makes its own credit decisions.

Is VeeCasa legit?

VeeCasa is run by three mortgage professionals with decades of experience and tens of thousands of closed loans. Does it cost anything to use VeeCasa?

No. Comparing loan options and getting matched with a lender through VeeCasa is free for borrowers.

Does submitting a request affect my credit score?

No. VeeCasa does not run a credit check. Any credit inquiry happens later, and only if you choose to move forward with a lender.
